MDsyncNET Launches Future of Healthcare Communications Scholarship

MDsyncNET has launched its inaugural "Future of Healthcare Communications" Scholarship, which will be awarded to a high school senior or undergraduate who plans to study health or medicine. According to MDsyncNET Co-Founder Brad Goldsmith, “Today’s students will make the discoveries that transform tomorrow’s healthcare landscape. We want to support their dreams by helping to fund their education.”

MDsyncNET, which provides hospitals and healthcare facilities with cloud-based communications software, is hard at work shaping the future of emergency medicine scheduling technology. “We are committed to delivering software that meets the current needs of our customers,” said Goldsmith, “and are equally dedicated to leveraging emerging technologies in order to develop solutions that take physician scheduling to the next level.”

Goldsmith hopes that MDsyncNET’s scholarship recipient will share the company’s determination to envision what’s beyond the horizon. “Breakthroughs in medicine continue to accelerate, allowing humans to lead longer and healthier lives,” he said. “Students entering the field have a future bright with promise.”

MDsyncNET’s “Future of Healthcare Communications” Scholarship will provide a $1,000 scholarship to the first place winner, a $250 Best Buy gift card to the second place winner, and a $100 Best Buy gift card to the third place winner. Students wishing to apply for the scholarship, which has a December 20, 2018, deadline, should submit a short video illustrating the benefits of one or more modules of the company’s healthcare communications platform.

High school seniors from the Class of 2019 and undergraduate students who plan to study health or medicine at a two-year college, four-year university, or postsecondary vocational school during the 2019-2020 school year are eligible to apply for MDsyncNET’s scholarship. The scholarship application can be accessed here and the complete rules can be found here.
